Refund policy
Right of Return (EU Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@debochado.com. Returns sent without prior notice or approval will not be accepted.
Important Note on Swimwear
Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear is treated similarly to underwear. If the item has been worn, tried on directly on the skin, or shows signs of use, we cannot accept a return. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and reject those that do not meet hygiene standards.
We recommend trying on swimwear over clean underwear to ensure eligibility for returns.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to proceed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn swimwear
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
If you are unsure about an item’s return eligibility, contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
